Submit your question and any pertinent details. Phone/Video consults will take a detiled history and review previous investigations/interventions. We will let you know if your request is not suitable for a phone/video consultation and offer an alternitave. If you have health insurance the fee will usually be covered by your insurance provider. For patients without health insurance phone/video consult fees are capped at $50.00. Any fee will be clearly communicated to you once your request has been assessed. Your request for a consult is without obligation. If further assessment or treatment is indicated this can be arranged in the public or private system as per your preference.
